Simplified Billing

You will only have to pay these main bills:

• Rent
• Electricity
• Entertainment Provider (such as TDS for Phone/Televisions or upgraded internet – Basic WiFi is included with your rent)
• Underground Parking (if you choose parking, it is added to your rent payment and not a separate bill)
   

Your rent payment includes:

• In-unit washer and dryer
• Water
• Sewer
• Garbage
• Recycling
• Basic TDS WiFi

*All furnished units include utilities as part of the rent.
